If we are to understand what happened to the World Trade Center (WTC) buildings, we need to start with the evidence. The best theory about what happened to the WTC should explain all the real evidence.

So what types of evidence are available?

1. Current visual evidence (are the Twin Towers gone?)

2. Eyewitness testimony (What did witnesses of diverse credibility say they thought they saw and heard, interviewed how many days after the event?)

3. Physical evidence in the form of actual physical items (carefully preserved?, chain of custody? tampering?, evaluation methods documented?, access to materials by other scientists?)

4. Photographs (validity of the object(s) in question?, how placed there?, subsequent tampering?, photographer?, chain of custody?, photo raw or manipulated?)

5. Video footage (same questions apply as with photos) and

6. Expert witness testimony (credentials?, credibility?, quality of analysis?).

"Der 11. September - Die wahre Geschichte"
Zweiteilige ZDF-Dokumentation mit neuen Erkenntnissen und Zeitzeugen

Mainz (ots) - Noch immer ranken sich um die Terroranschläge vom 11. September 2001 Verschwörungstheorien und Spekulationen. Zum Jahrestag der Katastrophe liefert die zweiteilige ZDF-Dokumentation "Der 11. September - Die wahre Geschichte" insbesondere zur Vorgeschichte des Attentats weithin unbekannte Informationen. Auch mit Hilfe von aufwändigen szenischen Rekonstruktionen bringen die Dokumentationen die Vorgeschichte und die Ereignisse des 11. Septembers 2001 dem Zuschauer nahe. Die beiden Filme werden jeweils dienstags, 24. und 31. August 2010, um 20.15 Uhr ausgestrahlt.

Im Mittelpunkt des ersten Teils "Es begann in Hamburg" (Buch und Regie: Marc Brasse und Florian Huber) steht die tragische Geschichte des FBI-Agenten John O'Neill. Er hatte jahrelang vor dem islamistischen Terrornetzwerk Al Kaida gewarnt, fand jedoch kein Gehör. Frustriert kehrte er dem FBI den Rücken, um Sicherheitschef im World Trade Center in New York zu werden. Am 11. September 2001 stirbt der weitsichtige Mahner in den Trümmern der zusammenstürzenden Twin Towers. Er ist einer von rund 3000 Toten, die dem schlimmsten Anschlag in der jüngeren US-Geschichte zum Opfer fielen. Die Dokumentation begibt sich auch auf die Spur von Mohammed Atta und Ziad Jarrah, jener scheinbar harmlosen jungen Männer, die es Anfang der 90er Jahre aus dem Nahen Osten zum Studium nach Hamburg zog und die am 11. September 2001 zu Massenmördern wurden. Der Film beweist zudem: Al Kaida hat den Anschlag auf das World Trade Center über Jahre vorbereitet. Die Autoren zitieren aus einem spektakulären Video einer spanischen Zelle der Terrororganisation, das zeigt, wie das World Trade Center schon Mitte der 90er Jahre als Anschlagsziel ausgespäht wurde.

Am Dienstag, 31. August, 20.15 Uhr, folgt der zweite Teil: "Der Tag des Terrors". Der Film von Alexander Berkel und Bernd Mütter rückt die Schicksale der Menschen ins Blickfeld, die an jenem Tag zu Opfern wurden. Traumatisierte Familien kommen zu Wort, deren Erlebnisse, erzählt in bewegenden Augenzeugenberichten, Archivbildern und Inszenierungen, bis heute betroffen machen. Zum Beispiel der Geschäftsmann Reinhold Scheuss, der am Fuß der Türme steht, als plötzlich ein Regen aus Trümmern und Leichenteilen über ihm niedergeht. Oder das Ehepaar Gorki, das die Ereignisse im fernen Deutschland am Bildschirm verfolgt, nicht ahnend, dass ihr Sohn an diesem Morgen für einen Kollegen im World Trade Center einen Termin wahrnimmt.

Did NIST Edit WTC 7 Footage To Hide Evidence Of Implosion?

After filing a lawsuit that prompted NIST to release more than 3 terabytes of photographs and videos from their investigation into the collapse of the twin towers and WTC 7 on 9/11, the International Center for 9/11 Studies  has obtained evidence that suggests NIST edited several videos of the collapse of Building 7 in order to hide evidence of a controlled implosion.

    The Center filed a FOIA Request with NIST on January 26, 2009, seeking production of “all of the photographs and videos collected, reviewed, cited or in any other way used by NIST during its investigation of the World Trade Center building collapses.” Following several unsuccessful attempts to get NIST to even acknowledge receipt of the Request, the Center was forced to file a lawsuit on May 28, 2009. Shortly after the lawsuit was filed, the Request was assigned a reference number, and NIST began periodically releasing batches of responsive records.

The Center has now begun posting some of those images and videos online, the first batch of which is from an external hard disk drive “NIST WTC Investigation Cumulus Video Clips.”

In one of the clips, the video of which has been in the public domain for years, a loud, low-frequency boom can be heard just before the east penthouse of WTC 7 falls. Once the support columns that held up the penthouse are taken out, the rest of the building falls almost within its own footprint.

However, in subsequent clips released by NIST, where the camera is located nearer to the building, the collapse of the penthouse is clearly edited out of the footage.

“Several clips from the Cumulus database show signs of editing. In the two video clips below, the collapse of the penthouse of World Trade Center 7 is cut out of the video. These videos happen to have been filmed from close to WTC 7, and have a high quality soundtrack that would have picked up explosion sounds from the charges that severed the columns supporting the penthouse, especially the explosion heard in the last video clip presented,” comments the International Center for 9/11 Studies.

Aufgrund einer erfolgreichen Klage auf Freigabe von bisher zum Teil unbekanntem Video- Audio- und Fotomaterial zum 11. September sind jetzt mehrere hundert Stunden an neuem Analysematerial zu dem tatsächlichen Verlauf der Anschläge auf das World Trade Center in New York an die Öffentlichkeit gelangt.

Geklagt hatte das “Internationale Zentrum für Studien zum 11. September” auf Basis des “Informationsfreiheitsgesetzes” gegen die US-Behörde NIST, die daraufhin gezwungen war, hunderte Stunden von Videomaterial und zehntausende Fotografien – mehr als 3 Terrabyte an Daten – zum Tathergang herauszugeben.

Die Analyse des umfangreichen Materials wird noch eine lange Zeit in Anspruch nehmen, aber schon jetzt sind – neben Anzeichen auf manipulierte Videoaufnahmen – weitere sehr interessante Indizien für eine kontrollierte Sprengung der 3 World Trade Center Gebäude am 11. September 2001 aufgetaucht.

1) So ist zum Beispiel in dem nachfolgenden Video bei der Zeitmarke 0:59 Sekunden klar eine Explosion zu erkennen die offenbar einen starken Druck erzeugt. Die Explosion ereignet sich als das Gebäude noch steht! (Die nachfolgenden Bilder sind zum Teil nichts für schwache Nerven)
