Dem US-Senat liegt ein Gesetz S 510 (Food Safety Modernization Act of 2010) zur Abstimmung vor, das es privaten Gartenbesitzern bei Strafe untersagt, «Gemüse und Obst anzubauen, zu ernten, damit zu handeln, es zu transportieren, weiterzugeben, zu verfüttern und selbst zu essen». Der Gentechnik-Konzern Monsanto will nach aussen hin damit nichts zu tun gehabt haben. Aber sein Initiator Michael Taylor (von der Food and Drug Administration), war/ist Monsanto-Angestellter. In den 1990er Jahren hatte Bill Clinton etwas Ähnliches bei Fleisch unternommen, die Einführung von HACCP (Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Points).

Auch die EU verstärkt ihre Bestrebungen in die gleiche Richtung – stehen ja auch hier dieselben Kräfte im Hintergrund. Brüssel nennt es «Biodiversität». Hinter dieser Bezeichnung verbirgt sich aber eine wohldurchdachte Struktur mit einem ganz anderen Zweck. Die sogenannten «Vereinten Nationen» (Uno) sind eine globale Privatorganisation von Finanzleuten und Regimevertretern. Sie versteht sich als Überregierung und Vorstufe zur Eine-Welt-Regierung, die Vorgaben setzt und deren Durchführung fordert. Die weitgehend abgeschirmte und anonym agierende Uno-Struktur hat auch die «Agenda 21» für das 21. Jahrhundert formuliert. Diese ist nun umzusetzen, und beim gegenständlichen Thema lautet die Anweisung: «Unterstützung von lokalen Agenda-21-Prozessen bei Klima- und Naturschutzmassnahmen».
