Mit einer sterilen Einwegspritze wird der Transponder vom Tierarzt in die linke Nackenseite des Tieres (international normierte Stelle) injiziert. Durch die besonders scharf angeschliffene Nadel verspürt das Tier kaum Schmerz. Der Vorgang ist mit einer Routineimpfung zu vergleichen.

RFID Chips für alle Amerikaner in 2013!
Am Sonntag, 21. März 2010 wurde das Gesetz "HR3200" verabschiedet (http://waysandmeans.house.gov/media/pdf/111/AAHCA09001xml.pdf) und trat am folgenden Dienstag in Kraft.
Das Gesetz erfordert von jedem US-Bürger, sich einen RFID-Chip implantieren zu lassen. Es steht sogar drin, bis wann das passieren soll, nämlich spätestens nach 36 Monaten ab dem Verabschiedungsdatum des Gesetzes (sprich März 2013)

H.R. 3200 wurde nicht verabschiedet...es blieb bei dem Entwurf. H.R. 3200 wurde abgeändert in HR 3590 überführt. Es gibt aber einen H.R. 3200 zu einem völlig anderem Thema, welcher im Oktober 2011 erst eingereicht wurde und über den noch nicht abgestimmt wurde.

Microchiping included in Healthcare Bill ? 08/30/2009
"Buried deep within the over 1,000 pages of the massive US Health Care Bill (PDF) in a “non-discussed” section titled: Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521— National Medical Device Registry, and which states its purpose as:

“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”

In “real world speak”, according to this report, this new law, when fully implemented, provides the framework for making the United States the first Nation in the World to require each and every one of its citizens to have implanted in them a radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling who is, or isn’t, allowed medical care in their country.

A class II implantable device is an “implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information.” The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as “claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.”

....What does this mean? It means that the government will give everybody a health ID card that contains a machine readable device (magnetic strip or RFID chip) similar to a credit card. Embedded in this chip or strip is your Health Identification Number. When you visit a medical provider, the medical claims will be processed while you are still in the office. The medical providers will be paid in real time. The portion that you owe will be deducted from your bank account, in real time, according to HR 3200.

Notice here in this part which is at the beginning of 2000 plus pages of the law, it is carefully worded “which may include utilization of a machine-readable health plan beneficiary identity detection card”. Here we are told that it may be a card. As you have already seen, deeper in the law [Sec. 2521 Pg. 1000] what this “may” utilize is clearly spelled out as a “class II device that is implantable”.

We can only speculate at this point why the law is set up this way. Most likely this section was written to account for the gap in time from when the process of chipping begins to when everyone has received a chip. A means of starting with a card for the sake of expedience while the process of chipping citizenry plays out. One thing is certain, the law mandates that within 3 years we will all have a chip under our skin that will serve this purpose.....

1014 of H.R. 3590, it certainly seems like this health care reform bill includes a provision that discusses the potential for RFID implantable microchips. You can read the bill at this link. This provision speaks on the analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on various medical devices, including Class II devices.
The FDA has established standards for an implantable radiofrequency transponder systems (a/k/a RFID chips) that are Class II compliant (see above embedded document or on the FDA page). However, these RFID chips will have patient identification and health information. While the bill does not require mandatory RFID microchip implantation, it does establish an initial framework where the scope could be expanded with future legislation and regulation. H.R. 3590 amends Section 519 of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C .360i). Here is the applicable language from H.R. 3590 (page 1,014):

(A) including in the registry, in a manner consistent with subsection (f), appropriate information to identify each device described in paragraph (1) by type, model, and serial number or other unique identifier;
(B) validating methods for analyzing patient safety and outcomes data from multiple sources and for linking such data with the information included in the registry as described in subparagraph (A), including, to the extent feasible, use of—
(i) data provided to the Secretary under other provisions of this chapter; and
(ii) information from public and private sources identified under paragraph (3);
(C) integrating the activities described in this subsection with—
(i) activities under paragraph (3) of section 505(k) (relating to active postmarket risk identification);
(ii) activities under paragraph (4) of section 505(k) (relating to advanced analysis of drug safety data); and
(iii) other postmarket device surveillance activities of the Secretary authorized by this chapter; and…
3(B) In this paragraph, the term ‘data’ refers to information respecting a device described in paragraph (1), including claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.

Neue Kreditkarten sollen die bargeldlose Bezahlung selbst bei Kleinstbeträgen ermöglichen. Es wäre der erste Schritt zur bargeldlosen Gesellschaft, die gleichzeitig ungeahnte Möglichkeiten der Überwachung eröffnen würde.

Im Rahmen eines Pilotprojektes testen Banken die Verwendung von Kreditkarten für die Bezahlung von Kleinstbeträgen. Der Clou: Das Ganze soll kontaktlos per Funk erfolgen, wie unter anderem die Bild-Zeitung berichtet. Sollte sich die Technik durchsetzen, so wäre dies der erste Schritt für die Kontrolle des gesamten privaten Geldverkehrs.

Denn Bargeld würde damit überflüssig. Würde der Staat das Bargeld in diesem Zuge komplett abschaffen, so wäre jedwede Finanztransaktion – vom Friseur-Entgelt bis zum Münzkauf – digital erfasst.

Was den Bürgern als bequeme Zahlungsart und als vielversprechendes Mittel gegen Schwarzarbeit, Geldwäsche und Terrorismus-Finanzierung angepriesen würde, hätte in letzter Konsequenz den totalen Überwachungsstaat zur Folge.
